Knoxville Elite Epoxy has spent almost 10 years watching cheap coatings fail across East Tennessee for one reason above all others: nobody tested the slab for moisture first. We're licensed and insured, and we work with homeowners and businesses throughout Knoxville on garages, basements, warehouses, and commercial spaces. Epoxy isn't something we bolted onto another trade, it's the only thing we do, so we've built our entire process around what actually fails in this climate: calcium chloride and relative humidity probe testing on every slab, diamond-ground surface prep instead of shortcuts, and coating systems matched to how each space gets used. OUR STORY
Knoxville Elite Epoxy started because we kept seeing the same problem across East Tennessee: epoxy floors failing within a year or two, not because epoxy is a bad product, but because nobody tested the slab for moisture before coating it. Floors bubbled. Garage coatings peeled at the seams because the concrete was never properly ground. We saw it often enough to know the real opportunity wasn't competing on price, it was doing the prep work other contractors skipped.
Almost 10 years later, that's still the whole approach. We test every slab, we never coat over a problem we can fix first, and we tell customers upfront if their concrete needs repair before it needs epoxy. That reputation is what's grown our business from residential garages into full commercial installations, without ever cutting the corners other contractors do.
